Close to tourist attractions, clean and comfortable

Clean villa, no problems during stay, good and friendly service, best

The villa is comfortable & clean, but unfortunately when checking in the garbage piled up in front of the villa. & lots of mosquitoes. Overall good. The service of the security guard is good & friendly

Every time I go to Malang, I definitely stay here.

Saya sadar memang ini bukan villa mewah. Tapi setidaknya dirawat dengan baik dan yang paling penting kebersihannya. Beberapa masukan: 1. Sofa kotor dan bau apek, termasuk gorden. 2. Keramik dan dinding kamar mandi kotor dan berjamur. 3. Water heater sering tidak berfungsi. 4. Banyak semut, termasuk di bagian dalam villa. Terima kasih

Villa nya nyaman, minus di sofa doang agak kotor mungkin bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi. Overall oke.

I was doubtful about some of the bad reviews, I could only minimize it on the day before checking in so that the villa was cleaned, and when I arrived, it had indeed been cleaned, the mattress smelled good, as in the photo, the only thing missing was cooking utensils, quite a few glasses and plates, and a house number. it wasn't there, it wasn't there, it was late at night, it was just that. The house number is generally near the door, and it's not there, just by feeling you try the key, and luckily it's true, it opens straight away. When I checked in the morning, it turned out that in the garden it said F11, only 1 of them was down, so it didn't look like a house number hehe, overall good.

Highly recommend to stay here if you are a group or family.

1. Unresponsive staff, wa not even replied. 2. Shower is broken. 3. Refill drinking water, not original Aqua. 4. Behind there is a place that is not maintained, such as a pile of garbage. It's a shame to manage this much assets but unprofessional management.

Mantap. Tempat bersih. Semua fasilitas oke tapi sayang water heater nya lagi bermasalah. Lokasi sangat strategis dan sepi, cocok buat healing jauh dari keramaian. Host responsif dan helpful. Malah mau bantu paketin barang yang tertinggal. Siap repeat booking kalau ke Batu lagi.

It's really fun to stay at this villa, besides being cheap, the place is also cozy, minus the mic for karaoke, both are broken and the wifi can't be used all day so you can't watch using smart tv.

Pelayanan baik, cocok buat keluarga dan airnya pun deras, cuma dapur aja yang harus diperbaiki.

Nice place, clean, quiet, complete facilities.

Not disappointed. All facilities can be used.
