We had already booked and paid in full. When we arrived at 10am, they said check-in was at 2pm. They wanted to prepare the room first, so we left our bags at the reception. At 2pm, no one was there, and the room wasn't ready. An hour and a half later, the hotel manager approached us, explaining that the Sanyo hadn't been fixed yet, and the technician from Denpasar said he wanted to replace it. The money hasn't been credited to the hotel yet, as the person in charge said it was due to a hotel error.
