Almost 20 years working in the hotel industry in Makassar, the first time I encountered a reception staff like this, there was absolutely no tolerance towards guests, especially on weekends, where there should be a policy for late check-in of 10-15 minutes, but it was not possible, even though I was late checking in without saying anything, they even wanted to pretend to be fined 50% because the system thought I didn't understand the system. Who wouldn't be emotional if I checked in late at night and then I woke up late when I wanted to be called and asked if I could continue or not, I said no but I asked for an estimate of 10-15 minutes because I hadn't showered and prepared my things, they said no, they would charge me 50% of the price, crazy, if I'm a layman about hotels, why give that, maybe I wouldn't be angry, but I'm also a hotelier, I've worked in the hotel industry for almost 20 years, where I also think it's the weekend, how can I not be given a few minutes to shower, oh my God, seriously! I'll give it 1 star if necessary, don't use stars!!!!! Please teach the staff how to communicate and handle guests properly! Last time I stayed at this hotel and I will share this story with my other friends that if you stay here on the weekend, you don't have to stay here because it's a must to wake up at 12 noon even on weekends and even if we accidentally wake up late, we still can't even get time to take a shower. It's so complicated!
