No front office. My refund request got denied because: the accommodation said the reservation is available and I did not respond to their request of proof at 10 PM, when I was fully asleep.

Stayed in a Junior Suite with my family. 20th floor with a semi-private guest elevator. The room ambiance was okay, with a terrace/balcony. You can cook, but there were lots of cockroaches in the living room and the connecting door to the terrace. This morning, for sahur, the omelet was so salty that it was bitter. Overall, none of the food was edible. For rooms over 1.4 Mio, the meals are really basic.

Comfy place, very recommended apart to stay. The facility is good. The room is big, clean. But they didn’t give hairdryer.. but overall I love it to stay in here
