Normally, a go-to for us to stay in Chtown. Nice hotel with decent breakfast. Our last stay was interrupted by water pouringthrough our bathroom ceiling... as in you're getting rained on when trying to use the washroom. Called the front desk at 5:30 am, and they advised maintenance would arrive in 30 minutes. Now I realize they were not calling anyone, that's the time they were scheduled to arrive at work. Got dressed and waited for them. No one came. Eventually fell back to sleep. Went to the front desk and asked about it. Reply was to the effect of ..." yeah, we heard something about that, and other rooms reported too. Night crew didn't leave any info." The lack of caring was disappointing. Asked for a night credit (not a refund). Told since I booked through Expedia, to take it up with Expedia. I feel sorry for mangement and the owner for the lack of action.
