The staff were great, rooms were clean and comfy. Lower level is a bit dated, but whatever. You sleep with your eyes closed, and the room itself was nice. Water pressure in the shower is hit and miss, and will go from luke warm to scorching hot in a snap, so be ready to dive out of the way! Overall, everything was excellent

Fantastic stay. Dined at Hiy's - it was amazing, far surpassing whatever expectations we might have had!

Room is very dated. Torn blinds, tv not working properly, fridge extremely loud high pitch and bathtub plug/drain broken. Beds and bedding were comfortable. No fan in bathroom so steams up quickly. Pool area quite dated. Hotel is in need of a few updates. Hallway to room was extremely dirty and def not vacuumed during the stay. Loose dirt and wrappers visible

We enjoy staying on the Club level and taking advantage of the Club Lounge. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lounge is convenient and serves great Appetizers in the evening and breakfast in the am. The staff are friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The staff was excellent. We had a few issues with our first room. We brought to their attention and without hesitation they upgraded our room and gave us some extra perks. Good job to the staff

Great club breakfast!

The steakhouse had a decent menu however the food itself was sub par. Food was cold or forgotten, waiter appeared sloppy and the service was reflective of the appearance. The hotel was clean and bough however visibly starting to be run down. Hotel staff made jokes like “we put you in the presidential suite, just joking it’s the cheapest room we have” when checking in. When asked about snacks that were available our room type was reviewed and then said “for you just the vending machine”.

Rooms need a refresh, they are slowly upgrading the property this is a great place to stay regardless. Clean, quiet and safe w/ lots of parking. Food is fantastic.

Our room was very clean and well maintained. Lots of toiletries, towels, etc. And the bed....oh..those comfy beds! Fantastic! The Staff was amazing, right from the time we checked-in and checked-out. At the Garden Terrace Lounge, we had a fantastic steak supper. Our waitress was awesome. All the staff had fantastic personalities and were very professional. Any question we asked was answered. A fantastic team at the Red Deer Resort & Casino!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the incredible experience!!

Our visit to Red Deer Resort was enjoyable. Check in was good. Restaurant's were very good, great service. Parking excellent. Our room was a deluxe King, we were a bit sad, really thought we would have been supplied to with robes, slippers, glass water glasses, coffee mugs for the coffee maker that was in the room. That's how it was described . The bar fridge was inside a cupboard with a wooden door which should be replaced, when you opened the wood door it dragged on the floor all the time. Pool - bathroom/change room, the door sticks when closed, I thought I was locked inside. I finally had too kick the door for it to open. Not impressed. Hot Tub jets need to fixed . Yes a whole bunch of little things add up to alot. Give TLC to this property would go back for sure

Decent hotel but needs updating. Showers needed a clean (hair everywhere) and floors needed a better vacuum. Beds are comfy!
