Strategic location. Just across the street from the food court, there's a really good bakery right there. The rooms are clean, though small. There's water refills on every floor.

It's really great, with lots of activities to do and it's really fun. The rooms are quite small but very nice and the facilities are excellent. The service is also great.

A very comfortable hotel with clean, spacious rooms, excellent service, a strategic location, easy access to food, and what I really liked was that there's a water dispenser on each floor, so it's green and doesn't require buying water outside. It's also close to Pantai Hospital. I'll definitely be back again.

They have self check-in, but if it doesn’t work, there’s someone at the reception. There’s a security guard, and floors are only accessible via access card. The room is good, but I would say the dust needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom is relatively clean, but lime stains on the sink and wall are there; it needs improvement. When I went in, there was a used towel on the table, but there were clean towels there to use as well. The facilities are really good, 4-star, but with a very reasonable price. No close convenience store access early mornings and late nights. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the space of the room is quite limited, no toiletries are provided, there is a water refilling fountain on each floor, no tea or instant coffee in the room, breakfast is very bland, and the shower has no curtain or door so the bathroom easily gets wet after a shower.

The first day of our stay, the breakfast potatoes were half-raw. Fortunately, the second day, they weren't. The food variety wasn't extensive. The room was clean and spacious.

The room is too dusty, it results in breakouts on my face. The pillow is too dusty
