The bathtub had no lid, and it was covered in moss. Wasn't it cleaned by the previous guest? Were we given a family room when we booked? It was ridiculous to be given a family room, since there were only two of us. Furthermore, there were no towels. The response time was quick, but the handling took a long time. I'll never use Horison again.

The smell wasn't from the bathroom, but from the room. The smell was so bad, and the handling took so long that instead of being given a replacement room, they were made to wait for an unknown amount of time.
