The hotel was beautiful even if a bit rundown especially the hallway carpets. The staff was good and friendly. The WiFi was not good very weak and they do have smart TVs but not connected to the internet and your unable to use your Roku or iTV to stream shows. Also disappointed no room service. The beach was beautiful and the pool was good. Location was good very short walk to the shops and restaurants. Because of the WiFi would not stay again. I can recommend Lotte Hotel they had good WiFi in the lobby when visiting it.

The entertainment here is great, and the hotel manager was nice! However, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The valet and some of the front desk staff were noticeably rude. Additionally, the lobby is consistently hot and dark with poor air conditioning, and the elevators desperately need to be upgraded as they are extremely hot and slow.

Nice place, helpful staff

Even though the property is probably 20+ yrs old, it's kept in pretty good condition. The carpets in all hallways need replacement as every floor smells sour from the old indoor/ outdoor carpeting in hallways. We did see a couple of cockroaches in our bathroom also. The pools areas are nice and clean, although it would be such a bonus if they installed a spinner water extractor to help dry our swimsuits. The dryers cost $2 and we're all being used, so we had to bag up wet swimwear and travel with wet clothes. Besides that the hotel & staff were very nice, a bit dated, but I would recommend, especially for families. The waterside was a blast for kids & adults. Much faster than I thought it would be...

The place was awesome, the only thing i didn’t like was the check time, 3 pm seems a long time to check in especially if your flight is early, i don’t remember seeing the check in time when i booked the room, maybe it was an oversight on my part, but otherwise it was an amazing experience.

Great staff! Hafa Adai spirit was very strong. The pool and entertainment was great and enjoyable. The views were 10/10.

The lobby was really nice but it was very deceiving when i walked into the room. It was dirty. There was hair in the shower, the mirrors were dirty, there was a dead bug on the floor. The room smelled like mildew and the furniture was very outdated and old. The paintjob in the room was very sloppy as well. Luckily i was just there one night transiting on my flight but i would never stay here again.

Nice hotel with great food options.

No service for bringing bags to and from the rooms. Super late check-in 3pm. All flights arrive to Guam in the early am and hotel obviously knows this. Nice view and beautiful beach.

Recommend getting a room that includes access to “premier lounge”. The lounge opens from 7am-9pm and has light refreshments like variety of juice, sodas, wine, pastries, fruits, sandwiches, cookies, and other snacks. Also included were coffee, cappuccino, latte, tea and these are all free throughout the day. Between 5-7pm you get evening cocktail with a selection of about 6-8 different types of cocktails to choose from and you can order as many as you like throughout this time frame. Again, all FREE! While you cannot bring items up to your room, you can access the lounge multiple times throughout the day.

Great location and great service. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean.

Everything is fine except the TV no wifi you can’t watch Netflix and YouTube etc. The staff on pool and beach area the worst service I asked for a towel and he said is not available at this time I said why? He said everything is been wash and if you want go back to your room and get your towel. I said that’s far I am here already I don’t want to go back there and then coming back here and he said to me sorry that’s it. No customer service at all and he rude too.

The Nikko Guam wasn't too bad as some quests comment. But the fish at beach will bite the visitor ( since my arm was biting and bleeding ) , which needs to be informed!
