Great experience. Would definitely return and stay again.

The hotel was closed to the mall and difference restaurants , safe to walk around ,staff very polite and friendly.

There’s only one elevator in the hotel. Location is good.

Very nice breakfast and the service was outstanding. Anything we needed the staff was quick to jump at what we needed. Lovely experience.

Would be nice to have a refrigerator or at least access to an ice bucket and ice.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am extremely satisfied with their service, the facilities, and the central location. Will definitely return here if visiting Quito again.
