The property was nice, as was the hotel staff. However the dining was horrible in every way. The restaurant is in the pool area. The band was relatively good, but the music was so loud the speakers were crackling. It was appropriate dinner music but gave me a headache. (Thankfully our room didn’t face the pool area)The service was horrible! We ultimately got up and left without eating. Then suddenly they show up at the door with the food and wanted me to pay for it. My daughter was starving so I took it. It was disgusting. We didn’t eat it. It stunk up the room. Fortunately I only stayed the one night. Never again!

Beautiful room with nice panoramic view. Wonderful waterfall shower. Excellent breakfast buffet. Cordial and helpful staff.

Great hotel, great service.

The rooms were quite large, large bed, little balcony. The hotel itself it a bit of a maze with different buildings connected together in confusing ways. But good breakfast, nice service, and held the convention I attended fine.

Very noisy! Personnel starts to work at 4 am in the morning and is in no way respectful of customers' sleep.

Property is old, but clean. Lots of construction going on around it at the moment. Staff at the hotel were very helpful when I was physically there, but now that I’ve checked out I am not getting any billing help via email or What’s App. I was double billed for incidentals on check-out and I’m still waiting for someone to respond to my request to for a refund over 1 week later.

Good value for money. Rooms are spacious, and beds are very comfortable. However services are inconsistent and internet connection was erratic.

The hotel is big with, the room is OK as well as the Internet, but the hotel plan is bizarre and you may have to go up and down a lot to get to your room (no lifts). Breakfast is OK with few changes everyday. However, my safe box was closed on my arirval.I called recpetion twice to help me and nobody came. I gave up. Good ponit is a free airport shuttle. and it has a nice swming pool. I could return but it would not be my first option. It is well lcalted close to the airport.

Great service; proper airport pick up, efficient check in and quick breakfast delivery. Hotel is quite old fashioned, but rooms are spacious, king size bed, and offer balcony. Would recommend to anyone arriving for quarantine.

Staff was delightful. The room was very nice but AC could have been better as it didn’t get the room much below 22 and kept shutting off ? I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay in returned to city.

the windows in the room on the 2nd floor was not able to lock. The toilets drainage was clogged most of the time so the toilet is perpetually wet once you have shower. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful and very clean. The breakfast choices out to be improved. Good coffee at breakfast.
