Nice stay

It was good relaxing stay .. the hotel is close to many amenities .. could be a walking distance to shopping mall if weather is good

Good hotel and location. Some of the equipment is tired and needs replacing. Bit of a wait for foid at bar as waiter informed me he had been on shift all day.

The staff was very helpful and I was traveling with pets and they were very kind and made it very easy for me to take care of what I needed to do. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is very old and old furniture. The hall way smells and the room was dirty when I checked in. The price I paid for it was not worth it. The hotel needs refurbishing. Won’t be staying there again to be honest

The room is clean and comfortable. The weekend music coming from the outside pool area was a bit loud

Most of facilities are not working properly and SPA and Sauna are not working either.

We like the pool area and the apartments. We also like the well decorated front lobby and find most of the staff friendly and helpful.

Pool area was nice and gym was top notch better than expected.

I was disappointed about putting me with my two kids into one bedroom which has been charged into bigger room after complaining for several times. The new room is for handicap persons since its the only available room in the hotel and the hotel is fully booked. Inside the room there is no enough beds and other stuff to accommodate us like towels, toothbrushes, and liquid soap.

my room has bed bags being bitten very badly and checked out on 23 rd and moved to different hotel. poor maintenance

It’s ok hotel. Nice location. A bit old facilities. Rooms decoration also pretty old. Feels like an apartment more than hotel.
