We loved the resort and all its amenities. The food was great and so was the beach. And the only reason why I didn’t 5 stars is because the property looks a little outdated and needs some repairs to the buildings.

I am not the kind of person who goes to all inclusive resorts, but I absolutely loved this one. It was what I just needed. Not to think about menus, activities etc. I enjoyed the food. They changed the menu on a regular basis. another plus was the beach. They have a lot of activities that are included in the price of the stay.The staff was very friendly and professional. We are coming back!

Well maintained property that covers so many amenities and activities that you would normally pay extra for at a lesser all inclusive. Friendly staff, beautiful beaches, good air conditioned room. Recommend Heliconia for dinner (IMO better than Otaheite, the only reservation required restaurant).

Food was okay

If you recently booked this resort, you will be greeted by the friendliest staff, the best restaurants and amazing views. The only challenge you will face is how to extend your stay or when you can visit again. Not only was the guest welcoming, you felt like an extension of the family. The best time ever.

We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend. Pros: The staff(Amay, Cori, Moesha & Dean were all fabulous & went above and beyond. The ocean/beach are amazing with fun/free amenities to include a catamaran cruise & other water sports. Go support the locals at the blue tents, short stroll down the beach. There we did all our shopping, purchased souvenirs, ate lobster and received a couples massage on the beach for $120 total from Raquila & Nicole. Also be sure to support Nicole as she does specialized hand crafted jewelry made from turtle/coconut shells.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent restaurants, resort was kept clean and rooms well maintained, great atmosphere.

When I was there the staff were not happy to be there. 2 of the three restaurants were closed two nights so to staffing issues. We had reservations for dinner and when arrived they were canceled without notice. The last day there did get better but definitely something going on with the staffing.

It was excellent

A little bit disappointed. We looked at the pics online and the resort appeared nice. Once there, it was old, run down areas, food was average to below average. Employees were a hit or miss, some of them super nice and welcoming, others lazy and not interested. Beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, and one of the best in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, no umbrellas available, just look for trees and hope you have shade. Towels, sometimes at 9-10 am, were not available anymore. We had a nice stay despite many things we did not like. If remodeled and improved, we will come back.

Overall, a great hotel rooms are very small. Staff was a bit cranky understandable considering what they went through with the hurricane food was better than average not great. The beach is one of the best I’ve ever been on.
