I recently upgraded to the Level service at Meliá Punta Cana Beach, expecting a top-tier experience, but it fell short of my expectations. The service was slow, the food and beverage quality was disappointing, and there were unreasonable limitations on dining times and options. Cleanliness in the room was also lacking, and overall, the customer service did not meet the standards I anticipated. I expected a level of quality similar to my previous stays at Paradisus in Cancún, but unfortunately, this experience was far below that standard.
