Our stay started out really good. Check in was smooth a quick. The room was an upgrade. Breakfasts were great. However at check out they wanted to know where were the cards for the pool and the pool towels. When we told them that we absolutely did not receive pool cards and didn't use the pool, the told us that they needed to investigate. Some one checked the room and found no cards for the pool nor pool towels. After several minutes when we inquired again they asked us if we forgot we used the pool. No we didn't forget because we never did use the pool. Are we being accused of stealing towels? Very upsetting! And our departure for the airport was being delayed. Only a threat that we were going to discuss this with the owner of the hotel, a friend of our uncle did the check out process get completed. We didn't even get an apology until we demanded it.

The tub had water that went yellow to black and then clear. When the jacuzzi ran black partials were everywhere in the water. The shower took 5 to 10 minutes for the water to warm up. There was nothing great about this hotel other than maybe the bell staff.

Best Hotel in Cochabamba

My stay at Gran Hotel Cochabamba was wonderful. The room was newly renovated, quiet, and equipped with air conditioning, which made it very comfortable. There are also several nice restaurants nearby, making dining options convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay in Cochabamba.

The house keeper on the sixth floor was excellent she worked every day except Sunday very happy with her Thank you (Gracias por la atención)

I didn't know I was buying a stay in the old part of the hotel. The room looked different from what they advertised. The room was ok, but it was clearly not occupied for a long time because of dust and other insects in the room.
