About 6.5/10. Advantages: convenient to move around, fast online support. Disadvantages: room 301 but from the basement so it's actually the 5th floor, but there's no elevator. The room doesn't have a fan. The water is very weak, not really clean, the floor has a lot of sand and dust, not as nice as in the picture.

Regarding the location, service quality and room quality, I think it's okay for the price. However, there was some noise on the 3rd floor at night, maybe due to the water pump or something else, but I'm not afraid of noise so it didn't affect me much.

Because I booked on Monday, there were only rooms on the 3rd floor left. This is a self-check-in apartment, so it was difficult to find the location. The entrance is quite small. It took more than 30 minutes to get to the 3rd floor. The room is clean and comfortable, but the smell coming from the kitchen cabinets is terrible. However, when I turn on the air conditioner, it's ok. At night, when I sleep, there is noise everywhere like a machine because it's on the top floor. However, for the cheap price, I don't ask for much.

Got a room on the 4th floor and the stairwell lights were off 🥲

Too bad about the service, informed early check-in but not allowed to check in and not informed when booking. After payment then informed not allowed to check in early. Room is too dirty

The room is a bit small. The furniture is also old. The water in the toilet is very weak even though I'm on the 1st floor, the hot and cold water faucet doesn't work well either so that day the shower water was weak and cold. I couldn't watch the TV and the wifi was sometimes on and sometimes off, I couldn't use it at all 🥲

Booked a room urgently because the flight was delayed. In terms of location, it is in the center of District 1, quite convenient to go out and have fun everywhere. But the homestay is located in an alley & the first floor is a spa, to get to the room, you have to go from the basement up which is quite troublesome, especially there is no elevator so it is inconvenient for those with a lot of luggage like me. From the basement to the room, you have to climb 2 floors with a heavy suitcase. The facilities are old, the toilet seat is misaligned, the towels are not thick and fluffy & not soft, not white. There is always a rattling noise in the room, not sure which device is coming from, even when all the lights are turned off, it still makes noise. Entering the room, you can smell a very strong smell of perfume or essential oil, the smell of chemicals is unpleasant and not very pleasant.

The room was very dusty, as if no guests had lived in it for a long time. The bedside tables and chairs were horribly dusty! The bed sheet is not replaced for the guest, leaving the previous guest's old sheet with the stain intact! What kind of homestay gives customers a phone number but when they call, it's all subscribers, they only contact via zalo and then wait patiently to respond to the message! Next time we come back to Saigon, we will not choose a homestay again because of the bad experiences we went through! Not to mention the added bonus of being in the shower when the power goes out and I don't know who to call! If you call, you'll have to pay for a subscription, but if you text,... the homestay should improve a lot of things if they don't want to lose customers like us! Because we won't go back home anymore!

Mình đến khách sạn vào lúc 1g trưa , khách sạn bảo 2g check in vì phòng lúc đó chưa được dọn. Mình ok vì đó là quy định của tất cả các ksan, xong mình bảo e đi ăn rồi vào check in sau. Mình ăn xong về khách sạn lúc 3g30 thì 1 phòng vẫn chưa được dọn, phòng kia thì ga giường chưa được bọc. Mình thuê khách sạn này là do gần lsq tiện cho mình mà gặp cảnh này oải chè luôn đó! Bực bội.

Homestay này tầng hầm là cửa hàng ăn uống ám mùi rất hôi. Không có nước nóng để tắm. Nước lạnh cũng nhỏ giọt. Sau khi về mình còn nhận được mail báo về việc mình không đến nhận phòng trong khi mình đã thanh toán tiền phòng cho homestay

The accommodation is very good, convenient to move between places in the city. Especially around Cozrum Homes Citi Town there are many restaurants so if you don't have a motorbike you can still walk. In District 1 there is a place like that for a little more than 500k, it is still worth it. If you check in for the first time, it will be a bit confusing because it feels like your own home 😄. There is one thing I hope Cozrum will pay attention to the bed sheets next time, with the hope that Cozrum's TV can be upgraded to a smart TV. Everything else was good when I stayed here, the space is very comfortable. Because I forgot to take pictures, there are no review pictures.

Rooms are not like the pictures on the web. there is no foot mat when leaving the bathroom. The bathroom does not have a clothes hanger, so it is inconvenient; no trash can outside the bathroom. The front door of the room was still dirty, the broom was right next to it. Really this time using Cozrum very disappointed. But unfortunately I went all day so I didn't take pictures.

Really enjoyed for 1 night at Cozrum. Full facilities. Nothing is missing in the room. Give Cozrum 5 stars from accommodation to customer service. ❤️. Unfortunately forgot to take the room inside
