Hotel is good and staff are super friendly..the only proble are the AC. They are old and loud and no reomete control to adjust them

Worst hotel experience I had in last 40 years of frequent travels. Mantahost hotel is a party place and no place to have a night sleep. Every night we stayed There was constant very loud music , sometimes ending at 2am!!

For dinner order took more than expected 45 min for a pasta dish? Too much time for a simple dish and waitress didn't provide the heads up for the time it will take, knowing lead time will go for a different option

The beach area is not very good . It's a rocky area. Not good for swimming

Prices do not match the facilities provided in the room. Nice view but limited facilities such as no lighting, for a room with 4 people not enough water, towels. Not 5 star. Quiet in the day but noisy party at night.

Las instalaciones estaban bastante buenas, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, la comida magnífica, pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención de su gente, su personal realmente marca la diferencia con respecto a otros lugares que he visitado, lo recomiendo 100%

I have been in Ecuador for a month, and this hotel has been my least favorite. The staff does not seem to communicate well and is inconsistent in applying policies. The views are great, and the pool is nice, but the staff needs training and simplified processes. The rooms are also very sparse. I was surprised by the rating of this hotel on Expedia. I checked out as soon as I could, and I am glad I was only there for one night.

This wasn’t first time staying at Mantahost. The place is well kept though a bit dated. It feels more like a budget hotel than a high-end hotel. I think that fresh flowers in the lobby instead of plastic ones could go a long way. My score is due to the fact that I was very comfortable, the noise was very low or nonexistent, the food was good and the service exceptional. I’d definitely return.
