Clean and spacious. Breakfast staff was very good.

1st room smelt of smoke and has a broken shower. Staff was very good about changing rooms the next morning. Unfortunately the shower in the second room was also broken and shower gel hadn’t been topped up either.

The property itself is ok, and the staff are the best part of the stay (nice, efficient, and helpful). It would be nice if the Mexican restaurant and Streat Culture restaurant either had a no-smoking section and/or better ventilation because both are very smoke-filled all day and night, which gave me a headache one night and left me smelling like smoke every time I went. I also feel like the restaurants are a bit overpriced, but maybe that's just the nature of eating at a hotel. Paying $20 for regular nachos is crazy. Overall, the stay was okay, and I guess it's reasonable considering the actual nightly rate.

Helpful staff . Smooth check in . Job was efficient . I was even offered a free breakfast ! Great as as a transit short term accommodation .

Unfortunately very hard to get hot water for bath and shower and turn tap in shower came off quite easily, you can cracks in tiles where it may have taken off previously. Disappointed that one time had a party until 5am playing loud music and reception did very little to stop it

Well positioned, beautiful pool and bar area. Restaurant with happy hour. Breakfast was great, staff couldnt do enough, we even got a cake made for us by Basanta who was lovely.

Good and nice hotel

Great hotel near metro (joann) station, only 8 minutes walking. The hotel staff was very attentive, polite and always helping. Room was spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, great variety, bread, cheese, fruit and a cheff everyday for omelette orders. A 10 out of 10. Highly recommended..!!

There was no heating in the room. In the night when outside temperature dropped to 11, the room temperature dropped to 16 degrees and I was unable to sleep for almost the entire night. I requested hotel to fix the problem but they weren’t able to fix it

Convenient

The Hotel was in a very convenient location near shopping Malls, many restaurants and the Joan metro station was only a 10 minute walk. The room was nice and spacious with good views and facilities , staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for someone like me who likes to sleep early there was loud music playing till late every night. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay.
