This property is located on top of a small hill in Aswan. The river view from the window is amazing. It’s a new resort which has been operated for three years. The facilities are new and clean. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the dinner at the pool side. It’s a pleasant memory with my patents. The only thing is that you will have to call a cab if you would like to have meals in Aswan downtown.

The hotel was wonderful! Very pretty, comfortable and peaceful. Everything was organized and clean. The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful. Staff offered a good service with a lot of hospitality. The restaurant was big and offered a variety of food to enjoy. Overall the stay was amazing. I highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable room with very helpful staff and a really nice swimming pool

Firstly I had booked the room in Basma Executive Club but then down graded me to Basma Hotel without prior intimation. There was no one to pick up my luggage from car until reception area which was under construction and I had no clue where I am going. Reception person offered for free dinner as compensation but it was too late as we had arranged our dinner. He mentioned to speak to his boss and let us know if anything they can do better but obviously no show. The room which I was given had loose doors or windows due to which whole night we could hear the banging of that door or window because of wind. Overall, I was very upset for the amount of money I spent for booking this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff at this hotel is very helpful and friendly. The view from our room of the river and the city is very nice. They also have great views from the pool and outdoor areas.

Great hotel with even better service. We really appreciate the staff who helped us find our cruise, offered a free sunset boat trip, found reliable drivers for us and we’re very attentive.

This Hotel is the best! The staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and so accommodating. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable also quiet. The pool is gorgeous and the view is stunning. Great food. Just overall Incredible! Paul and Rhonda

Excellent place to stay. Hotel is on a hillside with great view of the Nile River below and flood plains. The staff are highly professional. Check in and check out very smooth, no issues. Great breakfast with many options. Will stay again.

Lovely place to stay with great views. Staff attentive, friendly and helpful. It's a little bit out of town but getting a cab into town is easy and cheap.

Breakfast was better on the terrace at the main hotel below the club, an easy stroll down lots of stairs.

The staff were great and helped us arrange a tour. They were very friendly and allowed us to shower before going to the airport. The view from the hotel is amazing. However, because it's so high up, it's not terribly walkable to the sites. The pool area is disappointing and had broken umbrellas and very little shade. I also had to ask for towels. The breakfast is not that great, did not have fruit other than an apple and no cereal. Also, we were told, the espresso machine wasn't working. Overall, I would give it a mediocure rating.

Very small, quiet property. Did what it was needed to do. The bathroom and the hotel in general was a bit run down but the staff was nice. Only stayed for 1 night. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay for more than that. Air condition was cool bed was ok. Nice views

Very clean room. Good size, fridge and safe box. The only hotel with heating. Amazing view over the city. Free WiFi with fast upload but mediocre download speed. Open network, blocked VPN, no WhatsApp. TV has good channels but doesn’t stay in upright position as the bolts are loose. Wide bathroom with bathtub. Only one hand towel, no floor mat and water goes all over the floor. The second day got floor mat but only one bath towel. Seems the number of towels in bathroom are limited to a combined three. Had to clean the shower head from deposits as the water was spraying in all directions. Impossible to get steady water temperature. The bathroom fan and the mirror light didn’t work. Bed headrest light falling out of the place, you can see the wires behind. No night table on the left side of the bed. The light switch for left headlight is on the right.

Nice view over Aswan. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We did not like that the outdoor facilities were unfinished.
