Good service. A tad noisy in lower floor

Loved our stay, staff were excellent and helpful, Saturday night in the restaurant with 12 members of my family, staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had an excellent night and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the cleanliness...very clean, and the location was perfect. Stayed 3 nights and came away feeling relaxed after our break. Will definitely stay again should the need arise.

We love staying at the Koombana bay hotel when in Bunbury. Rooms are comfortable and hotel is in a great location.

Arrived to find my bedding request wasn’t actioned and was told they could not accommodate. Air conditioning doesn’t work , TV had no volume . Staffed listened - but didn’t offer appropriate solutions.

Bay view room was awesome

Had to get the key card reset twice as it stopped working and reset yi one day not two. Plug in bath had to be scooped out by teaspoon as no puller. People running across the roof (I was 4th floor) no rooms were above me. Last time I stayed there was a fight and police were called - we had noise all night due to this. Thought I’d give benefit of the doubt but will certainly not go back. Btw cleaners were excellent

Great place to stay on a work trip.

Well located, nice diagonal view of the bay, we'll run and comfortable. Handy kitchenette. But little signs of getting down at heel (curtain wand broken, standard light foot switch didn't work. Car park key reader hanging loose. Towels less fluffy than in the past). Bit more TLC needed to justify the price

Great place to stay, central to Bunbury CBD

The location of room was like being in an industrial freezer even with the heat pump on full, the shower had black mould forming, the shower head had a leak, which sprays the ceiling, the windows in the bathroom and the room itself leaked and flooded the windowsil, the bed was okay but a wee bit to hard not enough comfort... other than that the two girls working the bar restaurant area on Friday evening were amazing and made some awesome recommendations... will be back to Bunbury, however we wont be staying at Bunbury Hotel again

Stay here often - consistently high standards

I do not like the fact $200 is taken as a bond and not returned immediately upon departure.

Property dated but comfortable large rooms and close walk to some good dining options etc.

This was a pleasant and comfortable hotel.
