Convenient, next door to the train station, walking distance to old town

Staff were very helpful, allowed me to check-in early. Room comfortable with updated bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Conveniently located next to Train & Bus station. Nice flat walk into shopping are.

Handy being right next to the railway station, however, the restaurant was unaccomodating, wouldnt serve dinner OR breakfast due to a football group being there, not even a coffee was supplied for breakfast, had to go in search of food, the city centre is a mile away or 30mins walk.

The room was clean and modern but we had a room directly above the train station and it was very noisy all night. Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full. The room was also only set up for one, even though I booked for two so had to have towels and pillows delivered late. The soap dispensers also leaked so everything was covered in soap at the sink and in the shower, but it wasn't the end of the world. Well located if you need the train/that bus station, but a little way out of town. It's a pleasant walk through the park, but it is quite a long walk

Nice service and clean rooms

Really really conveniently situated by train station, but no noise from train. Very clean, very comfortable. It was unfortunate the restaurant wasn't open, as the restaurant options on the area weren't amazing. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice hotel near the train station , map and contact details were incorrect but i found my way eventually No food service because of covid 19 but central location in Plovdiv

The hotel is brand new and modern with large rooms facing the train platform in the train station, but with no noise, which makes it unique and romantic in a way.

Very close to the train station. When you get out of the station, the hotel is on the left. Very convenient. Also, the bus station from Sofia is there. The hotel was very clean and has a new/renovated feel to it.

Good overall stay with very helpful English speaking staff member on the desk. Well located, right outside the bus/train station, you can’t miss it! Breakfast 10levs extra which they prepared for you on the spot - enjoyable. Only a couple of negatives, the first was that the lift appeared a bit dodgy and all the lights went off inside it twice and it stopped so just used the stairs after that. Secondly, the bed was very hard! Still had a good nights sleep though and for the price I can’t really complain. Even got upgraded to a double room and could leave my suitcase there after I’d checked out.

Nothing amiss with this property. Its brand new, sparkling clean, right next to the central bus and train stations. The staff was really friendly and reliable. The interior gives off a vibe of freshness with its white and lime green colours. I loved it and would stay again.

Perfect, brand new hotel, excellent service, very polite and warm personnel.

In this place the overall room size is too small. The amenities they provide are less than basic. Bathroom door was faulty, meaning that i couldnt close it when going to the toilet. We stayed for 4 day and room service only came once, an hour before we checked out. The bed was almost like sleeping on the floor, very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows they provided were way too thin and had caused me neck pains when i woke up. The male workers were more than helpful, but the room unfortunately does not reflect this.

Excellent new hotel. Right beside bus and railway station

This was the third day the hotel was open and I give it a 10. There were no prior reviews so I was a bit worried but I couldn’t have been more delighted with my stay. I got off the bus from Istanbul expecting to have to take a taxi and looked up and there was my hotel😀. The staff were lovely. The room was sparkling new with a nice finish. It was about a 15 minute walk into the historic centre. The restaurant isn’t ready yet but there is a very nice bar and you can get coffee and drinks. Highly recommended. Lovely stay with great service.

今プロデフォ駅は大々的に改装中で、駅周辺は掘り返されまだまだ時間がかかりそう。ホテルは比較的新しく、バスルームは広く清潔だった。一階にはバーがありました。フロントのスタッフは若くて親切でした。 ただ、観光のメッカ旧市街まではかなり距離がありました。夜中の寝台列車に乗るためにここを３泊よやくしましたが、タオル交換や、ごみ捨ては入ってきませんでした。
