El desayuno bien, completo. En el proceso del check in nos pidieron datos completos de la tarjeta de crédito y los anotaron en un papel, eso no me gustó y no me pareció que respete la privacidad del cliente. Le dijimos a los recepcionistas y nos dijeron que siempre lo hacen. El departamento muy lindo y en ingreso rápido y cómodo. La vista a la montaña no vale la pena pagarla

Gods place to stay

For an apart hotel there were missing stuff, such wine open bottle, knife to cut cheese or salami, more napkins, towel paper to clean up, etc. breakfast was provided with milk but not coffee. I payed extra for mountain view but you can see barely the mountains from the second floor due the monile antenna, trees and rooftops.

I was very happy, the room was perfect, the staff was indeed terrific (special thanks to Margerita who helped me correct a big error on my part).

Pros: - Convenient location next to the main wineries in Lujan de Cuyo. - Spacious room. - Bag storage is provided. Cons: - Breakfast is quite limited and is served in the room. - Poor noise insulation. - Bag storage did not appear secure.

I am very happy. Great value wirh a balcony and spacious room.

Great location with lots of shopping

The room AC was not working. They never came to look at it. We moved rooms and that AC didn’t work either. There were dead bugs all over the patios that they didn’t bother to clean off. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our room with Andes Mountains view while visiting near Mendoza, Argentina. The hotel was very walkable to many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful for recommendations and information on the general area.. Breakfast delivered daily was delicious and filling. Parking in the underground garage was challenging; I’m glad they let us park out front.

Great staff, elegant facility. Be aware that english is a little rough or not existent with some overnight staff. (thats ok with us). We enjoyed the relative proximity to bodegas and Hwy 7 (mountain access). The kitchen amenities/utensils, tools etc are pretty sparse but we made due with simple dinners for 4 nights. Breakfast served to room! Loved the corner room with two sliders to a great balcony with great views. Would stay here again. Had a strange situation with the shower splashing with normal use and flooding the bathroom floor. There was a drain in the floor but it was not sloped properly, so big puddle. Partial glass wall/splash guard was inadequate and seems the only way to remedy would be to install a full glass wall with a door. For now a squeegee would have been nice.

We had a great time during our stay at Torre Quixote. The service was excellent and the hotel is new, clean and very modern. Extremely close to wineries and mountains and good access to downtown Mendoza. Our family loves this place and we return soon for our next stay or vacation in the Mendoza area.

apto impecavel no centr de Lujan de /cuyo, moderno, limpo, arejado, vista para o nascer do sol, varanda, com tudo o que voce precisa, inclusive cafe da manha servido no seu quarto na hora que voce desejar.

Personal unfreundlich, absolut keine hilfreiche und brauchbare Lösung, kein Entgegenkommen. Zimmer klein und enorm abgenutzt, schmutzig. BITTE BUCHT LIEBER IN EINEM ANDEREM HOTEL, WO IHR AUCH WILLKOMMEN SIND UND ES GENIESSEN KÖNNT!
