Nice hotel. WiFi didn’t work properly. Staff friendly

Overall for the high price I have given 3 stars. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, bar good, gym ok. . There is no water in the rooms. There was limited water in the gym. Checkout was very slow because there was only one person on the check out - they were very polite and friendly.

Great service, we couldn’t make the sauna work right away, the hotel employees tried best to fix the problem. Very kind people to make sure comfortable stay, and well situated in front of a train station

Great hotel very close to the train station. Excellent breakfast.

The bar area looked nice, but there was nothing else at this hotel but a bar. No pool or gym. Staff was friendly, but the cleaning staff entered our room to clean before we had checked out and woke us up.

Excellent stay and staff! Highly recommended

This is a nice hotel, well kept and modern. I recommend it to anyone, but I do mark it down for the ac (a major amenity for us-we both sleep “hot”) only works for a few minutes before shutting off. Which would be fine if the room was comfortable, but this short timer made it impossible to really cool the room down and get a full night’s sleep. But a very nice place other than that.

Zwischenstop einer längeren Reise - in dem recht verschlafenen Städtchen Biberach.

Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr schlecht. Die Sauberkeit war gut

Stay was ok. Small but comfortable rooms. Good shower. Nespresso coffee machine a nice add. But not original Nespresso capsules, disappointing. Good breakfast was included in price but not parking in underground garage. Their restaurant is closed Saturday evening for dinner. No choice but go offside. We found the rules a bit strict for children but that is our opinion. We live in Asia where there is more tolerance for the small ones. Not great but good place to get a good test in Biberach. A bit on the expensive side though.

Excellent place to stay for business

wir waren schon oft in dieser schönen Gegend. Dieses relativ neues Hotel hat uns trotz der Corona-Zeit sehr gut gefallen. Alle Vorschriften wurden eingehalten und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Guter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr zentral aber ruhig ,gutes Frühstück

Der Service war unterirdisch. Nur eine beschränkte Auswahl an Gerichten im Restaurant, alle Bereiche unterbesetzt, Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, bis jetzt keine Rechnung wegen IT Problemen. Duschkabine defekt, Frühstückstische morgens nicht zeitgemäß abgeräumt. Es ist der Eindruck entstanden, dass das Hotel pleite ist und bald seine Tore schließt

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Check in und check out hat ewig gedauert. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen, zu wenig Hotel für zu viel Geld.
