Was ok. Not great, not bad. Just ok

did not have room service time of stay 3 days had to go to front desk for towels and still did not get service. was in area to find hotel to have employees stay when working in area

The room was very nice and clean, I appreciated how roomie it was. It is very close to restaurants and shopping.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The place was sold out so lots of people eating the breakfast, coffee ran out both mornings and waited longer than should have..no big but time was short and need coffee to be ahead of the consumption.

The hotel cancelled one of our two rooms. The night guy basically said to bad, nothing I can do. Horrible customer service, no compassion for the situation. Also the 1 room they did give us wasn't the correct room we ordered. Expedia did take care of us, paying for rooms close by at another hotel.
