Nice little place on the beach. Only spent 2 nights so didn’t get to utilize the well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable and nice places to eat in walking distance.

Nice low cost stay on the beach. Friendly staff with easy check in and check out. Rooms are clean but could use some renovations. Proximity to the beach is great, about 100 feet and you're on the sand. I would say the biggest drawback is lack of parking. The office provides a link to the city parking division where you can buy a parking pass for 24 hours to park on the street. My stay was off season in the summer, so not sure how that would work out in the season (winter months) as beach parking can be tight during the season.

I don’t know how to review the stay without being a monster. Our first afternoon, a staff member tried opening our door while we were taking a nap. We told her to wait a minute multiple times and she kept pounding on the door and trying to open it. My husband quickly woke up and threw shorts on to understand the emergency just to find out that she was asking us to move our car two feet forward just for convenience. We got over that, then the neighbors were up until 4 am yelling, swearing, walking around in heels or wooden Dutch clogs, running a blender, hitting the walls, and watching tv. We heard it all and there is no office to tell. We got about two hours of sleep. I knew it would be “no frills” as the advertisement said, but between the staff member trying to walk in, the noise, and the bed it just wasn’t an excellent experience.

My son and I stayed here before a trip down to the Keys, and we will definitely be back. The inn was in a perfect location one minute walk to the beach. Everybody was very friendly, room and property were very clean, spacious rooms and couldn’t ask for anything more!

Property is good for one or two night stay. Full equipped kitchen is a plus. One minute walking to the boulevard and the beach.

The location is excellent, just off the Broadwalk and Hollywood beach. The kitchenette was also nice but the dishes were dirty. We had to wash each item before using.

Stay was brief but would stay again. The lady was kind when checking in. It was quiet and clean and allowed for easy in and out access to your multiple rounds to the beach.

The rooms are a little small, generally very clean, but we saw a giant cockroach 2 times. The bed was comfortable enough. Kitchenette decent, good size fridge, non stick skillets very worn, otherwise kitchenette decent. Very close to the broadwalk with tons of restaraunts, beach is just beyond the broadwalk. Will stay again if in the area.

I absolutely ADORED this property! It was clean, close to the beach, food, Convenience stores, ANYTHING I NEEDED was within walking distance. Next time I stay I plan on going to the market I stopped pass and buying groceries so that I can utilize the full kitchenette! My weekend neighbors were friendly and the experience was overall peaceful Might I add that this was my first time traveling solo, I felt absolutely safe during my entire stay! Thank you so much and I definitely plan to come back sooner than later!

A cozy spot, it has outdoor seating to have a drink and chat. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked, including a nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, pots and pans etc. I would recommend this hotel.

It was fine for a night; a site called hotels.com suggests human hotel contact which was missing. That's the price of budget travel I guess. Nice bed and everything worked. Super close to beach, towel and chair handy. Parking almost impossible, 11 units and 4 spaces. Current rate for very scarce Blue metered parking is $4 an hour round the clock so if you stay 18-19 hours...well, you do the math.
