It is fine in general. I booked a big apartment and it was spacious, which is great to me. The kitchen is well equipped. All the things are clean enough. There are 2 TVs in the room, but both are old and had no connection to Netflix or other apps, but at least I could use YouTube. The sofa in the living room isn't comfortable, but the bed is okay. The pool in the hotel couldn't be used as the water looked not clean to swim. I talked to 2 female staff; one is super nice on my checkout date, but the another female staff was yelling at us when we took our motorbike by the front door (we should use the back door, but we didn't know, and instead of instructing us, she was yelling at us). I hope the service of that staff should be better.

Do not book this place!! The photos on their website must be 20 yrs old and there has been nothing done in those 20 yrs. It is dirty, bad, and not maintained. We unfortunately booked for 7 nights and only stayed for 1, and that was only because we arrived late and couldn't get anything to move into quicker.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to travel to many places. The rooms and amenities are as advertised.

The hotel has 3 separate living room, bathroom and bedroom compartments, so the space is quite spacious. There is a swimming pool, but it is a bit old. The high-class interior is still beautiful but not new.

Apartment style with full furniture and amenities. Room facing street, good lighting. The landlord is cheerful and enthusiastic. Rooms are cleaned daily. towels changed every day. Enthusiastic and attentive service. There is a swimming pool on the 10th floor. There is a private sauna and massage service. Please contact the receptionist when you need to use the service ☺️

Rất oke luôn. Bị cái bồn tắm phòng mình thoát nước chậm, bồn toilet nước cũng xả hơi yếu, nếu khắc phục được thì tuyệt. Còn lại đều ổn. Nếu lần nữa ghé lại Hà Nội mình cũng sẽ ghé lại khách sạn này.

They did charge us more when we were checking out 2ith ~15min late, but that was also the reception fault when slow process for us, they intentionally delay the process of checking out and charge us half-day more of rental fee. Definitely not coming back. And the IC is broken for 3 days of our stay, everytime I ask they said they were checking on it but still malfunction. The toilet smells like someone vomit inside it for ages.

Ổn áp, sạch sẽ, lễ tân nhiệt tình (không rành đường HN lắm 😂hỗ trợ khách rất nhiệt tình). Mình thuê 1 phòng 5ng nhưng khách trc gia hạn thêm nên bên ksạn đổi cho mình thành 1phòng đôi (người lớn ở cảm giác nặng nề 🫣) - 1 phòng 3ng ( 1 giường đôi 1sofabed, wc khó thoát mùi, ban công view phố, ở okieee ạ) Ksạn phòng ốc không khác hình chụp web, trang bị đồ dùng đầy đủ & sạch, xung quanh ăn uống nhiều hàng quán, hồ bơi & nhà hàng mình có lên ngó thử thì không có ai (chắc do mưa gió trời lạnh)

The hotel is extremely wonderful, the room is very clean and beautiful, the interior in the room is in a modern style. Reception staff warm and polite.
