Good for price.

Overall the property facility is just fine but in my room there was a stand up air conditioner whose tube was not set up to go outside. I told them this when I arrived and was told that they would figure it out. They just turned it on but didn't connect the exhaust so it blew the hot air back in my room. that said, it was fine for sleeping, bathroom and shower and clean. it wasn't a very welcoming building or hallways and felt a little prisony. so i would go there again if I was really just going to use it to sleep and shower. because the price is right and the location was great

Okay for a short stay, could do with a lick of paint, some other minor tweaks too, but decent value.

Good location, lots of restaurants and store around, quite place, poor lighting for outside gate to enter,

overall enjoyed our stay in a quiet area for a good price. front door was a little hard to find, but check in was smooth after that. i don’t think there’s an elevator so something to note w a heavy bag. room was in good condition overall but blankets & pillows had a few small marks, and the blanket was very thin. bathroom had no soap. area around the property is decently safe, there were a few people asking for money and stuff but only once felt a little unsafe. streetcar right near by.

Nice enough staff but dumpy rooms. Black mold and cob webs. Over priced for a crappy hotel.

Staff was very nice, it is on a streetcar route, bathroom was well kept. Overall was a pleasant experience.

Inn is in a good location with lots of dining options and walkable to most big attractions. Room was good for the weekend that we stayed. Temperature was good inside. Its not the fanciest Inn but does the job for a quick stay. The shower was either molding or just discoloured, we didnt use.

I don't know how this place is listed on Expedia. It's an abandoned property. The heating, the shower, and the toilet were all broken, and the sheets were filthy. The photos on their website must be from when they first opened the business. We only stayed 10 hours before we had to leave. We notified them that we were leaving. It was a complete scam, and now the management refuses to refund us for the three days we didn't stay, claiming they're a small business. And who is going to reimburse us for the cost of the new hotel we had to book at the last minute because of their negligence?

Helpful staff and clean room. Sucks that they have very limited parking but otherwise I had a nice stay :)

The property looked sketchy, it was difficult to find as the signage was almost nonexistent except for a taped and photocopied paper on inside door. I stayed 3 nights . The light fixture above mirror in bathroom was hanging off...only light was a pot light in shower. No full length mirror. Very dated room. No lamp for night time use by bed. I guess price was alright compared to other hotels. Also no cleaning of room each day , and i had two bath towels and two hand towels for my 3 day stay. And the toiletries was two soaps ,very small and one pkg of shampoo and conditioner. It was clean .

Wow… this was worse than a hostile. Walls are paper thin. The curtains had burn holes in them from the baseboard heater. The lights in the bathroom did not all work, and the sink was half clogged. The wasn’t even a toilet paper holder! The faucet in the shower was not anchored properly and I was afraid to break it when I tried to use it. Bed was rock hard and a thin mattress; no comforter and only two pillows for a queen bed. Windows were poor and you could hear the street noise all night as if the window was open. There’s only 3 parking spaces for the whole Inn, first come first serve; street parking is a nightmare and requires a special pass (purchased via internet).

Really run down. No lamp in room. Mold in the bathroom. Broken furniture. You walk out the back door onto what looks like a fire escape there was drug paraphernalia all over. Our TV didn't work. And my deposit still has not been returned to me. Because there is no 24 hour office it is very inconvenient. We had to leave early so we could not even check out properly.

The room wasn’t clean. Hair everywhere, garbages from previous customers, the skyligh was dripping. The dishes was greasy. Thin walls.

Decent place to stay. Enjoyed the motel. Amazing value.

The room was very clean and nice. It had a kitchen as well. The only thing was that it was kind of hard to find as a first time visitor in Toronto. There was no clear and big sign for the hotel, I had to ask around. And parking was also a bit annoying and didn’t offer free parking.

LIKED: 1. Bed was comfortable; 2. Sink, toilet and shower all worked; 3. Had a small refrigerator. POOR: 1. Taps in bathroom were functioning but loose; 2. Curtains were functioning but one had a large burn hole in the bottom; 3. Television worked but was very limited in what you could watch; 4. No elevator - long flight of stairs to get to the rooms; 5: Understand when booking that this is a HOSTEL, NOT A HOTEL or MOTEL. It should not be listed as anything other than a hostel.

The room was pretty good. Clean and a good size. A fridge, nice bed, nice big shower. I needed a passcode to get in the gate

Very convenient hotel, lots of dining options. Walkable to most things. Rooms were clean, comfy beds.
