Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Restaurant was also great, the room service was neat. There were some nights were it was kinda noisy, but overall the stay was pleasant. They might want to reconsider the amenities quality because the soap wasn't that good. However, its not a big deal. The hotel is great and location is a plus. I highly recommend it.

My stay at Hotel Diana was very pleasant. The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was courteous and professional, and the dinner service exceeded expectations. The only challenge I encountered was locating the parking facility, which is situated on the next street over. Clearer signage indicating that it serves Hotel Diana would be beneficial for guests. Additionally, be prepared to leave your car in the parking structure for the duration of your stay, as the hotel does not permit vehicles to be taken out until checkout, and you will be required to leave your keys. Aside from these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was excellent.

Planned a staycation in Puebla, wanting to go out and enjoy the downtown for a night. Hotel Diana was the perfect choice for my evening. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy. The location is great for anyone wanting to experience the center of Puebla. It's a beautiful old historic antique building that has been remodeled to a very comfortable almost boutique-like hotel. A lot of the architecture from centuries ago is still used in the building. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. And I will probably be staying there again myself at some point.

Convenient location to central Puebla. Very walkable. Seemed safe at all hours. Relatively quiet. There was what I think was a kitchen exhaust fan that can be heard throughout the building. Bothersome if resting during the day but it is turned off around 10-10:30pm; starts up around 7:30am. Also in early morning there are loud banging noises…thuds…like someone moving boxes or supplies. I get up early…not a problem but thought it odd every morning. Bed was super comfortable. Adequate plugs for charging phone and other devices. Everything worked in room except one bedside lamp…burned out bulb? Wifi good but TV was spotty. Kept freezing up and I never could get my YouTube channels in English. Translated them to Spanish; I think thatʻs a fault of the system they use - TotalPlay. I gave up and watched everything on my phone. I did eat breakfast at the hotel three mornings. Food and service were generally good. Yet somehow with different Sunday crew rules changed a bit with the special and what was or wasnʻt included. Sunday service was slower...less attentive waiter. Would stay again given price and location.

Hotel is great for its price and location, staff could be a little nicer. Room doors are not too sound proof, at least on ground floor, there was noise from outside. Overall, however, it was a good stay.

Stay was ok, just no much furniture, neither a fridge. Feels the room empty
