Un hôtel bien situé!

We had a beautiful room, comfortable bed and everything we needed. The room was impeccably tidy. We used the pool and enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. When we first arrived we were slightly disappointed by a somewhat unfriendly greeting. We had called a couple of days early to schedule an early check-in and had been told that we would be able to check in at 2 or 2:30, so we arrived at 2:15. The front desk staff told us it was impossible and insisted that she could not have our room ready until 4pm, and was not at all apologetic, one might even say rude. We then watched as 3 other cars arrived after us and were then allowed to check in early. At that point, I went in to use the washroom and then asked if she could give us a call when our room was ready. She then said she would, and we were given a call about 15 minutes later. When we arrived the front desk staff had changed and the new clerk was extremely welcoming and helpful to us. Overall, we were very happy with our experience but felt that the younger woman who first greeted us was quite rude.

Staff from the main counter and breakfast seemed grumpy and no smiles except for one. At check out found eht agent outside smocking. Was not able to give evaluation verbally.

their rooms design is the best for a hotel in a small city.the room is separated from living area and kitchen. the rooms are clean and well maintain .

Was not possible to watch sport channel in french!!!!only on an english channel.

Hotel was clean and big. It was right close to gas station, Tim Hortons and Pizza shop open till late. Checked in late and staff were really helpful. Had a good breakfast in morning with lot of options. Plenty of parking. Started driving on scenic route 132 to Perce from here.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons attendu 10 min avant que l'hôtesse se présente. La climatisation de la chambre fait énormément de bruit... Dérangeant L'éclairage au haut des lits devrait être repensé. On a trouvé le décor de la chambre trop sombre, manque de cadre, de couleur, Le réseau télé très complexe.... Cependant le lit très confortable..la salle de bain très petite.

Propreté impeccable de la chambre! Pscine..spa..sauna..tout était agréable! Le déjeuner absolument parfait aussi! Bon rapport qualité/prix Personnel accueillant 😀

Manque de savon dans les chambres, la TV. Très bas de gamme, au déjeuner les tables hautes qui ne sont pas commode avec des enfants et il manque de table. personnellement, ça ne vaut pas le prix que j’ai payé.

Breakfast was ok, I would say the hotel is overpriced.
