Front desk clerk super friendly and helpful

I use to stay here often and still my go to hotel in Zona Central. It’s a bit worn, but everything works. The city center in undergoing much construction. Many streets closed. It’s an ongoing city project. The guy who works evenings is very friendly. The day girl on Sunday could use an attitude adjustment. Other that that quiet, ac is cold, internet good and plenty of hot water.

Great location

The staff was very kind and friendly. Upfront the hotel looks great. And the breakfast is also wonderful. But the rooms need a lot of work mostly the bathrooms and sinks. They are very rusted and old. Our sink and shower would not drain.

this is a no frills hotel. You get what you pay. Location is good as it is within walking distance to old town.

We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They had a strong knowledge of the area and were always very attentive! We enjoyed an immediate view of the beautiful Cathedral and the easy walk to the playa and other nearby historical attractions

dreamy dilapidated views from balcony and no noise but i would like a glass for use in the room. also, I know it's a Mexican thing if its not cold outside, but it was getting there in February, and the bed had a sheet but didnt have a blanket. I bet they had one if I asked. GREAT place@

Very convenient location almost everything was within a walking distance. The negative side is that It’s very very noisy. If you don’t mind the noise then this is a good hotel for you.

Todo funciono muy bien, el personal de recepción siempre muy amable, excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy buenas y limpio, mi estancia fue muy buena. Lo recomiendo mucho

La habitacion es perfecta, tiene aire acondicionado, lo unico malo es que hay mucho ruido por las calles y/o avenidas cercanas

Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel, todo muy bien, todo funcionaba perfectamente (clima, tv cable, secadora, agua caliente y fría, baño), todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable, 10/10.
