Amazing property & staff

Perfect service the views were just so breathe taking and the bars we can’t even talk because they would make some amazing drinks

We love Atelier! This is our 4th stay with them and we have never been disappointed! The staff is top notch and the food is excellent! Rooms are super clean and stocked with everything you need. We already miss it and can’t wait to be back. No need to leave the property for anything!

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed. Rooms and service were fabulous. Los abrazos and bar de la Calle were amazing. There was so much to do at this resort it was impossible to be bored. Truly a wonderful experience and hope to go back!

It’s fine. I wouldn’t say it’s as amazing as all the reviews say. Food and amenities on par with what you would expect at this level. Hotel is in need of some updating as property and rooms have a decent amount of wear and tear visible. Service was ok could improve their attention to detail such ensuring the correct names used for the happy anniversary message.

This was our first visit and we can’t wait to go back! The resort was immaculate, the staff was amazing and the food was incredible!

The resort itself is beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and designed with relaxation in mind. My room was spacious, modern, and had an incredible view. Housekeeping kept everything spotless without ever being intrusive. The food was a major highlight. There were so many options between the buffets, restaurants, and bars, and every meal was fresh and full of flavor. I loved being able to try a little bit of everything — from authentic local dishes to international favorites. Plus, having unlimited drinks by the pool made it even better.
