I was giving a hotel room and claimed that I reserved a panoramic room. I stated that the the pictures are misleading. So because of my questioning the girl at the office mentioned I was getting upset and eventually stated I was not welcomed and should cancel the reservation. We ended staying anyway. Got to the room and the TV did not give channels. Their was a card for how to login for wifi. Info did not work. I asked the girl at the office for correct wifi login. She did nothing about it. End up asking other personal and they fixed the problem. Saturday morning, I responded to the Expidia e mail, 'I was your checking '. I stated what the girl said, 'you are not welcomed and TV not working. Apparently the office responded my sending a person to fix the TV. He knocked on the door at 6:30 am even though I had the 'do not disturb ' sign on the. The girl responded by saying they saw the TV problem i had and stated that I had an attitude, 'everything was a problem to me. I responded saying, I didn't request to fix TV and also mentioned that she doesn't understands the meaning of 'DO NOT DISTURB ' sign. The facility is not a 9 it is a 7, in my opinion.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was strong water pressure. Restaurant was fantastic, Fernando is a great cook, and the service was excellent, the 2 girls waiting on us were very attentive. The only downside was the internet - there was none. In 2026, reliable wifi should be standard.

Excellent beachfront view!

The property is well maintained, and quite clean. Its proximity to the beach is great. But we were kept awake most of the night by other guests. Some were exploding M-80's nearby on the beach. There were also 16 motorcyclists staying at the bungalows next to us, who were loudly drinking and partying until early in the morning. I approached the cyclists at one point and asked if they'd mind moving their party to the beach. They were hostile and told me to go away. At any other hotel or motel, the staff would recognize that their guests are being disturbed by after-hours noise levels. Victor's staff did nothing, they didn't seem to care. If you want to raise hell and do anything you want all night, Victor's is your place. But if you want a good night's sleep, you should look elsewhere.

The bar and restaurant were closed but we were told differently. We expected to be able to have the restaurant cook the steaks we brought but instead had to leave,then for the maid. Apparently everyone was off after Semana Santa. But that was not disclosed.

Great spot, great food, unbelievable staff, just WOW!

The property is very clean, with easy beach access and close to the city center. The restaurant staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The only issue is a young woman at the entrance who is extremely unfriendly and even aggressive when speaking, everyone else was very kind.
