A very central location in the old town, we were treated with a friendly warm welcome from the reception staff, helpful with recommendations for both the hotel as well as the local area. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The roof top terrance has an amazing view across the city, the pool whilst small was a welcomed refresh during hot days, the surrounding terrance was very well equipped with loungers, towels and refreshments. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The rooms were immaculate, the staff always friendly and helpful, air-conditioning impressive, roof plunge pool area clean, and a welcome place for a cooling dip.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean and we'll appointed and the AC worked great. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Such a lovely hotel. Room was comfortable and cute. Everything was thought through. The hotel was in a great area and so easily walkable to central Palma and La Lonja. I did not eat breakfast there as there was so much other good food to be found - but would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Basilica in Palma. The hotel is slick, full of character, and beautifully designed, with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed, featuring functional showers with Molton Brown toiletries, a comfortable, good-sized bed, and excellent sound insulation for a peaceful night’s sleep. The free minibar was a lovely touch. The rooftop terrace is a highlight — a small plunge pool with a charming view of the cathedral and nearby basilicas, perfect for a quiet break in the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and even going out of their way to bring a bottle of Freixenet Brut when they learned it was my husband’s birthday — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The location is ideal, just a 6-minute walk from the cathedral, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel calm and private. Overall, an elegant and welcoming boutique hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Palma
