Amazing hotel. Everything is super clean and in great condition, even that maintains old style and traditional furniture. Excelent service. Food is well served and provide information for activities around.

An absolutely charming hotel with very lovely & helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast and afternoon cake & coffee. Very convenient location to the local castles and to the town of Fussen. Highly recommend!

Great location, can walk in town they also have free bike rental and can take the bus to see the castles.

I can understand why this hotel gets such high ratings on hotels.com. It is excellent! The service at the reception desk was particularly noteworthy and their help to get castle tour tickets was appreciated. My only negative comment is that, since breakfast did not close until 10am, we were still emerging from the shower at 9am. The room cleaners were already entering the room before 9am! This happened for three out of four of our nights.

Liked the modern amenities, elevator and separate shower and toilet, yet maintained its rustic German flavor.

What a charming hotel! We had a second floor room with a fabulous view of the Alps and the castle. The restaurant serves wonderful food. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

It was such a beautiful hotel and a wonderful town. Location is perfect for castle visits and site seeing. The staff at the hotel were so nice and welcoming and the hotel was so quaint and comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the proprietor who helped us with bus passes and reaching the castles. He was above and beyond! Our room was spacious and very clean, with modern and comfortable amenities and a lovely modern bathroom. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.
