Great place just 15 mins outside Santiago de Compostela. Lovely old farmhouse beautifully converted into five en suite guest rooms. The main reception / shared lounge is a beautiful room. Host Susana helpful and pleasant. The place is a common resting point for people walking the Camino de Santiago… so we had a great evening sat in the garden sharing a supermarket bottle of wine with some “pilgrims”. . NOTE : Google takes you through the village which has NIGHTMARE road between stone walls which gets very narrow. … only just squeezed our car through inch by inch !! It would help if owner warned people to ignore Google & gave them a map showing correct route! Night time barking dogs in neighboring farm a bit annoying. Small pool open in season. Outside Chairs and tables face the yard - we moved them round the side to the garden … much nicer place to catch the evening sun & enjoy country views. The village has no bar or cafe… nearest small town is Milladoiro … bit of a suburban “new town” feel with no character. Choice of eating places but nothing to write home about. Minor problem in cold May - our room radiators were not working . Our host gave us fan heaters and rather optimistically said she hoped to get someone to fix the heating over the weekend !!??

An absolute gem of a property a tiny bit off the Camino and worth every step! Out hosts were unbelievably gracious and helpful. The rooms were spotless and cozy and comfortable. We met a couple of other pilgrims and became fast friends over afternoon glasses of beer and wine from the “honor kitchen” while sitting outside on the courtyard patio in a tiny, quiet hamlet. The pool was a lovely little place where we soaked our weary feet, listening to the birds. A very intimate property, peaceful and purposeful, and a wonderful last stay before reaching Santiago. Highly recommend!

Our favorite stay along the Camino! Susana was so helpful and the home was peaceful and beautiful beyond words! We hope to return one day!

A very original place to stay- be aware it is a little out of the way abd not a typical hotel- but you have access to a kitchen to make your dinner/lunch. The breakfast provided was wonderful!!!

This was one of our favorite stays on the camino. We stayed in room 4 that made me feel like a Spanish princess. The pool was so refreshing after hiking and the staff was wonderful. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the country was heaven. Our only regret was not staying longer.
