A constant sound from a nearby factory was so noisy that I could barely sleep

The room was very clean All services included was great The gym, the breakfast, the pool, the parking etc

Excellence facilities very comfortable rooms. Good breakfast good service good experience.

Friendly staff.

The carpet looks old. We found a little metal on the carpet. It's dangerous if you are bare foot. The only thing that a like is the breakfast.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was extremely HOT!!!! We called several times to notify them. On our last day, ONE fan was provided.

New hotel. Checking rooms occupancy means having people knocking at your door if you are check in and out. Not comfortable

It was good overall

This property is located in an industrial area. There is a constant pounding and loud noise that can be felt and heard early in the morning, 5 am and doesn’t stop until late in the evening, 6 or 7 pm, from a nearby factory.

We liked everything

Pros: amplio estacionamiento, vías rápidas, desayuno incluído, personal muy atento, alberca techada, amplias y limpias instalaciones, ubicación cercana a salida a Tequis y muy cerca zona industrial. Cons: a/a enfrió bien en un cuarto, en un 2do cuarto no, desayuno al dia siguiente fue el mismo que quedó, yogurt, papaya y melón ya pasados, huevo reseco, café normal en lugar de descafeinado, muebles de lobby viejos, alfombras viejas y arrugadas en pasillos y habitaciones. Marcado de cajones de estacionamiento en muy mal estado. Pantallas viejas y pequeñas en cuartos.

Aire acondicionado no enfría suficiente

El hotel está muy limpio, silencioso, en buenas condiciones, el personal es amable, el desayuno incluido es suficiente para iniciar el día. El aire acondicionado en la habitación sí enfría, la alberca es pequeña pero funcional para refrescarse.
