Sauna and breakfast

Breakfast area was excellent. Room was very comfortable Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly

The staff are great and helpful. The hotel is perfectly fine, just a bit shabby/dated (but fine for the price point) - except for the very cool, very modern sauna on the lower floor! It’s extremely well designed, brand new, and no one was using it when I was there which was nice. Location is walkable to Old Town and there is a funky and cool neighborhood park across the street as well as the Maritime Museum. Breakfast was good. Parking for the hotel was super easy and available right next door in a secure garage.

Great little hotel staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing would recommend a stay just for the restaurant. Rooms are good although a little dark ,location was good for me and the undercover car park is a great addition to stop you getting buried in snow.

There had been a mixup with our reservation and the room was double booked. BUT the staff were very apologetic, friendly and professional and sorted out the situation straight away! Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone has got brilliant customer service like Kalliohovi hotel. We were very impressed and happy with the stay and customer service

The hotel is well located about ten minutes from the old town, with plenty of free parking available. The welcome was good, and we got lots of tips of places to visit nearby. The room itself was fine but the bed was a bit too small for two people. Breakfast was pretty good too, and for the price paid we thought it was a good value stay.

Room was in good condition and clean. Bathroom had a horrible sewage smell coming from the floor drain that wafted out if the bathroom door was left open. Closed the door and slept great!

Very friendly and courteous staff. I had no problems to speak of but am nonetheless satisfied that the staff here would provide any and all assistance should it be required. The hotel itself is small and quiet with a nice relaxing atmosphere, facilities are as expected in respect to the area and the norm here. Restaurant is satisfactory, the menu is perhaps a little small but the meals are well presented and well cooked. I would not hesitate to book again.

Hieno paikka yöpyä. Toki ikä näkyy rakennuksessa ja materiaaleissa. Varsin maittava aamiainen.

Hieman retro hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, erinomainen aamiainen. Merenkulkumuseo mukavasti vastapäätä. Hotellin Jopot sai lainaan ilmaiseksi.

Hyvä aamupala, huoneessa ilmastointi.

Asiakaspalvelu oli loistavaa. Buffet aamiainen oli todella hyvä. Superior kahden hengen huone sijaitsi kolmannessa kerroksessa.

Mukava pieni hotelli palvelujen äärellä ja ihana Rauman vanha kaupunki.
