Everyone was super nice. Breakfast was to be served at 8:30 in our room. I had to go down at 9:10 to see where it was. It then came in 3 minutes. After a full day out- when we returned to our room at 9 pm- we had no towels. No one was at the desk so we had to call, Also only 2 outlets were working in our room and tv did not work. We did not report until 2nd night. It turned out a circuit breaker needed to be flipped. Very nice about getting things working. Again- very friendly staff. Great location for the Eiffel Tower!

Great stay! Conveniently located in the city just a few short blocks to the Eiffel Tower, and 1 block to the metro. The staff were kind and helpful! Being able to check in early and/or hold on to bags was so helpful for travelers with varying arrival/departure times.

This is a lovely hotel in a great area. The room was a decent size with plenty of closet space. I only wish the bed wasn’t so hard and the pillows were more comfortable.

Our room had a big window we could open and get fresh air, it was refreshing! the room had a small kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker along with dishes and silverware. We had breakfast on the rooftop with a great view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay there again.

We had a great experience staying at Rayz! Location is very convenient to walk to most important parts of the city, restaurants, and shopping Rooftop was amazing, quiet, and a beautiful view of Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful, outstanding performance, special thank you to them.

This is a boutique hotel about a half mile from the Eiffel Tower. Wonderful view from rooftop terrace where we usually had our complimentary continental breakfast. Secure building and nice residential neighborhood.

Hi, I love my stay there the lady at the front. I forgot her name with glasses. She was so nice so caring.

We lived our stay the daily breakfast was so wonderful it was delivered to our room each morning WOW and the room was easy and comfortable the neighborhood was terrific and so central Great hotel

Great stay! Some noise from construction on the adjacent building that was overwhelming on our last day but they quickly changed our room for us where it was considerably better.
