Good location.

Great location but noisy (both in the corridors and in the streets outside, both at night and early in the morning), unstaffed, no natural light. All keyless which was interesting (just a pin), clean but wouldn't stay again- just too noisy.

No staff. Very clean though.

Our bed was very comfortable. The room was cozy but comfortable for a short stay. The location is fantastic - directly across from the convention center, a short walk to view the ocean, and tons of great restaurants and bars for pintxos. We really enjoyed Txiki Taberna, (just a block away), we went there twice on our stay.

This hotel does not have a reception desk but the off site staff respond within minutes of making an inquiry. They booked a taxi for my departure. Room and public areas were spotless.

The location is almost unbeatable. The personless check in is a bit clunky and weird, but worth the trouble. The place was nice and clean.

Great location right next to the beach, several small grocery stores, fruit vendors, and restaurants.

The location was perfect for what we wanted: visit multiple restaurants around the area~ The room was a bit small but it was worth it for the convenience of location

The location, room and hotel property were amazing. The bed was comfortable and having a welcome chocolate and drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. This place no longer has a concierge and access is via codes provided via whatsapp. The system worked without a problem but if there were any issues, one would have to go to the sister hotel a few minutes away. My only wish is for the room to have a kettle (coffee/tea). Or to have one available in the lobby for general use. But it’s a small thing that would not prevent me from booking here again. Which I will again next year!

Conveniently located. Clean. No reception staff but the complementary mini-bar and chocolates on the pillow were warm touches. Perfect for a concert at the Kursaal.

We loved San Sebastian and found the hotel location very convenient. We are also very grateful for the wonderful help we received from the hotel Receptionist on the day we checked out. Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport.

Rudimentary bedding and cot-like beds. Staff were unpleasant. Wouldn’t stay again

This was a small boutique hotel just outside of old town San Sebastian. It was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. When you make your reservation, make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance so they can email you the check in instructions, as there is no reception desk there. They will ask for a photo of your passport or a number. They will email you this or contact you via WhatsApp to get it. Sounds strange, but it worked out great. I would stay here again with my wife and with friends!

Was moved to different hotel which was fine but no view outside window, bed was hard and there was a ground level coffee station but only available after 12 which was pointless . I wanted coffee without leaving hotel in morning . There was no kettle or coffee in room . There was a breakfast option where I could get coffee but that was 17Euro. Also toiletries in room where locked down I couldn’t easily use them . Shower was great and there were English channels on tv and they did store luggage when I left. Was very quite no noise from outside or in hotel.

Our 4-night experience went very smooth. All the staff were excellent. Alejo was quite helpful and went above and beyond with our needs.

Great location in a quiet area yet easy walking to the Old Town and other areas.... I'd def stay there again! A toilet brush and nicer pillows - the only minor criticisms!

This hotel is amazing. Very modern yet with an excellent location. Just steps away from the beach and excellent dining options everywhere. Old town is a short walk away. Very comfortable rooms and wonderful bathrooms. Service was a bit strange since there was rarely front desk service but phone number provided was helpful.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Our room was a good size, very comfortable and quiet at night. The location was perfect for dining, shopping and enjoying our walks along the promenade. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean. Friendly staff. I was upgraded and moved to another hotel location.

The location is excellent. The customer service is the best. The one negative is that the room was small for my wife and I.
