We liked the proximity to the old town and to the Guggenheim. We also liked the appliances and cleanliness of the room and reception. The one thing that you could improve on is not charging 20 Euros for early check in.

The hotel was a great location. We could walk to where we wanted to go. It had a large refrigerator so we could make breakfast every morning. We also were able to do laundry while we were there. Had a great time.

What a lovely apartment. We only stayed one night but I would come back at a heartbeat. Excellent location, really close to Guggenheim. The reception area doesn't do the justice, room was laid out well, super clean and tidy. Washer/dryer saved me taking bag of dirty clothes back home. Staff super friendly. Bed so comfy, bathroom excellent.

My room had bed bugs on the sofa bed. I have a very bad series of bites on my head that are very obviously from bed bugs. They need to sanitize the room I was in and replace the mattress immediately

Room is very clean, simple. Check in instructions were clear since we arrived after hour. Comfortable for a family of 4.

Excellent location and great studio apartment overall! We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The apartment was comfortable for 4 people with all amenities exactly as advertised. Very conveniently located for attractions, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and had all the amenities my family needed for our stay. Area was quiet and close to the many things.

Close to the museums

Room was in a good location, very clean and staff friendly. I just wish we had daily cleaning.

Last minute pick when other hotel cancelled, but turned out to be a much better option. Ignore the fact it’s across the river, it’s only a few minutes easy walk over the pedestrian bridge from all the action. Fourth floor room had a little noise from the bars in the street, but it cut out quite abruptly at some point before midnight.

This apartment was fantastic. An excellent location, within walking distance to the Guggenheim and other attractions downtown. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helping. We will look for these apartments elsewhere when we travel!

Superbly equipped studios right in the heart of Bilbao (15 minutes walk from the Guggenheim) and close to the old town. Parking was available at the property which was ideal. Great value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed having the W/D unit and kitchen. The staff was helpful in explaining procedures for my late arrival (and how to operate the W/D!). The hotel felt like home.

Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom counter space!

So large! Huge and spacious. Had everything we needed. Sadly I did wake up a number of times hearing other bedrooms. Staff at the front desk was lovely.

I stayed in a studio apartment, with a firm but comfortable bed, a good shower, and a comfortable sitting area. The small kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, electric hob, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was with the parking, which is beneath a residential building along the street - the key for the pedestrian gate did not work, so I used the ramp to enter and exit on foot - one evening I was stopped by an angry resident, who shouted at me for using the ramp, and it was quite distressing. The hotel manager told me they know about the problem with the lock on the gate, but they can do nothing about it. Note - the hotel only has three parking spaces, so if you need the parking I recommend you contact them to reserve it immediately after booking.

This place was ideal. A good central location, good communication, friendly staff. We had a studio with terrace and there was ample room. We enjoyed sitting outside, even at the end of October!
