Very expensive for what you get, but it also comes with the area. Hotel was good, shower was the highlight, strong water pressure. Pool was closed as it was out of season. Parking was ok even though one side was unpaved. The breakfast could have been better but was good enough. I think the best value for this hotel is if you play golf as well. We stayed here because it was close to Puy du Fou Espana, it was very convenient for that, we were able to get back to the hotel before the night show for 1 hour and relax.

The very clean and the room very spacious. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. When e arrived back at the hotel, we noticed that the dining room lights were on and places were set for food. A group of people arrived after us, the kitchen was opened and they got fed a set meal. This was Unacceptable, I complained to reception, and got a reply that they had previously booked a meal and that they were a group. So if you plan to stay here after a long journey, then make sure you have been fed before arriving.

An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential.

The young lady who checked us (we didn't get her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic, extremely polite and patient. She was more than helpful. She is a big asset to the hotel. The room was large, and very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toledo. Bravo!

If you play golf, this is the place to go. Hotel restaurant is closed many nights. Bar is open limited hours. Staff is somewhat indifferent. Hotel is old and noisy. Cleaning staff push their carts across tile floors making a big racket. Door from our room to the pool was locked and the key was nowhere to be found. On the other hand, Argés which is a town just to the north has several dining options. Driving is a must. Stay here only if the price is right or other options in Toledo are sold out.

Not as described on hotels.com restaurant closed Mondays and Tuesdays and pool not open til 1st June. Hotel seems to caters for coach loads that arrive after evening meal time. Bar not open and breakfast served from 7, then they load onto coach and go. Not a good option for sungle woman o. Business working from 6am and not wanting to leave hotel for dinner. Full refund given by Expedia, but very disappointed in the description - would not have booked if I had known the actual details.

To our dismay, we arrived at the hotel to find it locked, chains on the front door and derelict. Weeds in every gutter, and the air of deriliction. After some time, a security man came to dispose of rubbish and he offered to help. He told us that the hotel has been closed for a long time, and despite that, it is still on the internet, and they accept money! The security man put us in touch with another hotel who offered us a room on the same terms. However it was about 25 minutes drive away. Having driven for over five hours from the Costa del Sol in the snow and sleet, we were frazzled. Despite the staff doing their best, we were less than pleased.

The staff was very friendly. My hired car has some problems and the staff here helped me to contact the Eurocar. They are always here to help. The room is a bit small but I do not care too much. Driving is necessary for reach the hotel.

Very calm and clean place. A little small room for my liking but have nothing else to say. The breakfast was very nice and the private parking highly appreciated.

The hotel is having work done/finishing, which is reflected in some unkept areas, but that didn't prevent us from a comfortable stay. The room was more than suficient for the 3 of us and the staff were very friendly and gave us good suggestions for visiting Toledo.

Excellent value, very clean, comfortable and convenient for visiting the city of Toledo. We stayed for a short break before getting our flights back to UK from Madrid. Our only problem was obtaining bar service on a couple of occasions (out of main hours).

Really nice place but def very out of the way. On the map it’s very close to Toledo but in reality it’s about 25 minute drive. Large spacious rooms with great service. Good breakfast. Free parking.

Travel stop on route to the Castillo de Consuegra. Beds were so hard they should be planks. Food was not good. Hotel only good for golf - not accommodation or food.

Very misleading listing. This hotel is not in Toledo.or very near Toledo. It is many miles away in a small town. We had to call the hotel to get an address we could naviate to. Address in Expedia is completely wrong.

The hotel is ok Breakfast is ok However, the close the air condition in the room at midnight in a very hot day. So, you can imagine that we woke up completely wet from the heat in the morning

We loved this place muchso better than Madrid. If youyou want history and notI shopping....stay here. Close to many castles. To find in GPS type in golf after reaching the town of Toledo. Newer hotel...few guests.
