Excellent. I rarely rate hotels but this was a complete surprise. Clean, well maintained, professional, quality rooms.

We loved this place. Very stylishly decorated. The staff was amazing. Large room with water dispeners in the hallway, which is a great feature. Breakfast was everything we could ask for. And just a short 5 minute walk to old town.

Best of the 10 hotels we stopped at on motorcycle trip. Very nice! Big public car park at rear.

Air conditioning didn't work and the window between the bathroom and bedroom was a bad design feature

Good central location, the staff super friendly and accommodating, but the area around the hotel (especially the parking lot in the back) is sketchy, the building itself is an older remodel, the AC was not working while we stayed there while there was a heat wave passing through town.

Great hotel and great location

It was excellent! the location is great, and it was a very comfortable stay with nice bed, decent decor, and clean bathroom. And I parked on street in front of the hotel entrance free until 8am in the morning which is awesome!

This place was fantastic! The staff was very kind and helpful, the area was gorgeous, and it was very walkable to restaurants and the bus!

Have stayed here several times and always first class. Really close to the Main Street and staff always friendly.

We asked twice to extend our check out time for 1 hour later and hung up «’ don’t disturb tag on the door. We also asked 2 receptionists to make sure our 1 hour extention for check out time then we went out and came back at 11:40am, nevertheless, our room was opened by house keeper and already cleaned. Some of our parsonage belongings had been moved. So, they couldn’t control their service ? Also, the first night, we didn’t have bathmat. So, their is not well housekeeping in this hotel.

We felt very welcome with our 3 dogs receiving a special treat bag! Room was very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
