The hotel is clean and comfortable. But the check-in cannot be below 14.00 WIB, because it will be charged 50 thousand (personal experience).

Stayed 2 nights room not cleaned. Getting the room on the 3rd floor is too high in my writing.

The spring bed is thin and the pillows are thin so the sleep is not comfortable.

The service is not polite to speak, the room is broken TV is broken. If room facilities are damaged it should not be made for reservations. So disappointed to have booked here

Actually the place is nice but unfortunately, there are mosquitoes in the room.

The process of searching for hotels is terrible at the wrong Google Maps location. Contacting a CS manager does not resolve, the manager is very lame at your central Management.

Good service, room, bathroom clean and smell good. And honest service. Missed cellphone secured. thanks.

Incredible Mantul, cheap price but high class 😁 But please update the hotel address. So that those who book the room don't bother looking for the address (the address that is at least as misleading as consumers) 🙏
