I got room 309. The faucet was leaking. The towel rack in the bathroom was too high for me, who is 159cm tall, to reach. The bathroom door was hard to open and close, so I didn't close it. And I had to prop it up with a trash can. I chose one large bathroom, but I got two small ones. The guard was friendly at first, but after I complained a lot, he became less friendly.

Highly recommended!! I didn't have time to take photos because the itinerary was so packed. I chose a twin room, and it was very spacious. Plenty of storage space. It was clean and the AC was cold. The hot water worked well, and the bathroom was spotless. It's very close to UNY, so there are plenty of amenities like restaurants and a quality laundry service. It's also very easy to access various tourist attractions and culinary centers. One downside is that the room isn't soundproof, so on weekends, the children's noise (although ours was also quite boisterous) could be heard even inside the closed room. Otherwise, it was great! The most comfortable accommodation of my entire trip ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm so sorry I didn't get any pictures from the place!! But here are my honest reviews: First of all, the place is really worth it for a temporary stay. The hotel was really clean, the room is spacious, and they have full amenities. The best!!! The parking area was so spacious, it could fit 20 motorcycles and around 10 cars maybe!! So spacious. This place is so worth it because the place is literally in the center of the city, it's on Gejayan. Gejayan has so many places to go! I guarantee you that you wouldn't get starving there because there are so many good places to eat. It only has one minus and you guys should know this. The gate on the alley (gerbang di gangnya) was closed at midnight (around 11 PM if I'm not mistaken), and sadly the receptionist didn't tell us that information so we got shocked when we got back at midnight and our ride couldn't pass the gate and we didn't know where to go except we pass under the gate..... But overall it was all worth it!!

All the staff were friendly, and leaving my luggage was hassle-free. The room was very good for the price, and it was well worth the price. Overall, it's good. I'd definitely consider staying at this budget hotel again.

This is the absolute best!!! Complete facilities, refrigerator, cold AC, everything. The twin-sized bed is also big. Close to many eateries. Really great. Want to come back again if you go to Jogja. Recommended, don't hesitate guys if you want to book this.
