The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and I was assisted with an early check-in at 11 am. I will definitely return.

Everything was good, but the downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet. After walking around, I couldn't find anything that appealed to me. The sticky rice, stir-fried corn, and soup were all disappointing (no crab or quail eggs), and the stir-fried noodles weren't appealing either. They should improve the breakfast buffet menu.

We went with our family of four, the room was spacious with a large bed, plenty of room for the kids to play, a sunny balcony perfect for drying clothes, and a large swimming pool that was always cool. The buffet had a limited selection of dishes, but it was decent. There's a children's play area, but it seemed rarely open. The worst thing was the security guard's rude attitude.

The hotel is far from the center of Bai Truoc and Bai Sau beaches, but the rooms are okay. They are divided by floor. The swimming pool is small and the water is very cold. The breakfast menu is not very varied. The electric kettle smells bad; I don't know if room service noticed. Otherwise, it's fine.

Mermaid Seaside Hotel is almost our family's annual destination whenever we go to Vung Tau, and we have no complaints.

I booked my room at the last minute, and surprisingly, the hotel was great. Considering the price, I'll definitely come back. There's a breakfast buffet for all room types, and the food was decent – not outstanding, but okay. There's a swimming pool; I stayed two nights and swam 3-4 times because it was relaxing and had a great sea view. The fact that it's a bit far from the city center suits me well. The hotel has its own private beach, which is also great. It's close to several spiritual sites, and while the back beach is a bit further away, Tran Phu Street is quieter and more relaxing than the bustling city center, which I don't like 🥲. Overall, it's nice. However, there's no hand sanitizer, shampoo, or body wash; investing in those would make it a perfect 10.

My family just had a very satisfying vacation at Mermaid Seaside Hotel. The Deluxe Family room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly suited for a family with two young children. The staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent support. The amenities were complete, and the quiet atmosphere allowed the whole family to fully relax. A great value for a family vacation!

It's great, right next to Our Lady of Bai Dau, a little far from the city center and the towers, but that's okay. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The staff are friendly. There's ample parking. My whole family was very pleased. My only suggestion is that the glass above the pool is very foggy and dirty… The room is super spacious; our bed fits two adults and two small children perfectly.

The room is spacious and clean. Fully equipped. The only thing is that the shower water has no hot water, very cold. I have booked a room here for about 4 times. Compared to the segment, it is the best.

Enthusiastic staff, good customer support, clean rooms, fully equipped, the hotel has a swimming pool with a ceiling so it's cool and not afraid of the sun, there is a playroom for children, the beach opposite the hotel is okay for a temporary swim, there are many cafes near the hotel with beautiful views, this is my second time here. However, the food is not very diverse, people with picky eaters probably won't come back, my family is relatively easy to eat and eats little so breakfast is not too important, having a place for children to play is enough

Maybe because the day I booked was crowded, when I checked in, my room had a very unpleasant damp smell. I had to open the door for a while for it to go away.

Overall the hotel experience was pretty good, but the room soundproofing was poor and the air conditioning was noisy.

Service and everything is ok with the level of 3.5* hotel, just a bit pity that my superior room not having any sea view. I thought that the condotel in higher floors may have sea views.
