The accommodation is in a city center location, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of tourist attractions. If you're visiting Penang, I highly recommend it.

The hotel was nice. The room just had a slightly musty smell, not sure why. Check-out time was 12:00 noon.

The front staff was good when they changed my room due to the design of the room layout, which I will stay in for several days. Breakfast is normal and the nasi lemak is funny without chili. But after 4 days of the same breakfast serving, you get sick of it. The housemaid opened the door without knocking

Wifi needs to be improved further..

Staff is very friendly. Early check-in was possible. Check-out time is unusually late. Could leave our luggage in the lobby after the check-out. Our room had no window. The shower was broken. The fridge didn’t work. The AC showed a warning “clean filter“. The room smelled so disgusting. In the next hotel our pyjamas smelled disgusting as well so we had to wash them.
