I had an unpleasant experience with the management of the suite. Upon arriving I tried to call them to check in by contacting the number stated in the voucher but the number was unavailable. I was clueless where should we go to check in as there was no counter or lobby and as the last resort I had to call the customer service. After waiting for almost 2 hours only then the management called me and they gave an excuse that they did not have my phone number. I think they should improve on providing an active number for the customer to reach them easily or be proactive in trying to contact the customer via email prior to check in. Secondly, the info on the website is misleading. It is stated that the beds available for Deluxe Studio were 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed (for 3 guests). It was upsetting to find out upon arrival that the 'Twin bed' was only a thin floor mattress kept in the cabinet. The room was also not equipped with a washer/dryer as stated in the website. Good thing about the room that it was clean. But the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. My family did enjoy the pool and the night scenery around Icity though. Overall I would not recommend this suite. Thanks.
