Very convenient area right off I-35. Numerous restaurants around also.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean. The room was a little small which is why I didn't rate an excellent. Nice area, easy to find.

Hotel itself was great, but they double charged me, acted like they didn't know how to refund me, and I had to fight to get them to agree with the fact that the charge was real.

Chose this hotel due to advertised restaurant and bar. Unfortunately this was false advertising. Unlit stairwells are asking for injury.

This place is perfect its almost like the staff had been hand picked for dutys at the White House. The smell your greeted with at the door was like no other. The clenliness and the absolute quietness sometimes made you feel that your the only one in the hotel. I would highly recommend this place everytime. Hey lets get some free breakfast going. Lol

Great property and the executive suite was perfect for our family.

I would have given 5 stars but the TV in the seating area of our room didn't work and they couldn't/wouldn't fix it. Otherwise the stay was great. This was our second time staying at The Courtyard and will return again the next time we are in the KC area.
