New and well appointed hotel.

Great location plus a very comfortable and clean room conveniently located just 200 meters from the Petra main gate. The restaurant serves the best lamb chops. The staff like Shin and Nora are so kind and hospitable.

Beautiful rooms, 2 minutes from Petra Visitor Centre and super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Special thanks to the young lady who served morning coffee at breakfast. She is very nice and pleasant.

Great location only a 2 minute walk to the Petra Visitor Centre. Warm and welcoming staff. Huge portions in the hotel restaurant for dinner! Lovely breakfast.

We were greeted as we pulled up in our SUV and given a parking space right in front of the hotel! Once inside, we were greeted with a smile and given our keys to our room. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and very clean. We went upstairs for dinner and once again, greeted and seated promptly. The food was delicious! Breakfast was included and very good. Wonderful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Oh yes, close to the gate to Petra.

Excellent location, clean facility

The check in was smooth a easy. The hotel is modern and very high tech. It is located Max 10 min away from the main entrance of Petra museum, and it has plenty of restaurants around it. This is a very small town that lives off tourism so leaving them a review Is a most .The room was quiet , sheets clean but the bathroom had lack of cleanliness. The hotel has one rooftop restaurant that offers complementary breakfast and the chef and the guy who was assist us was very polite, and pleasing to our needs, he even made me a herbal tea for my stomach. Very nice staff. I will choose to stay here again but I will definitely bring my bleach wipes to clean like I always do.

Beautiful and epic location

Updated property that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with wonderful staff and a wide selection. The hotel was a short walk from many restaurants and the entrance to Petra.

Fast check in for our room and the room is really clean and fresh! The hotel is located near to the main gate of Petra and they have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast at the roof. For sure I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location, eco conscious, nice amenities

The owner Mr Eid & staff were exceptionally hospitable - great manners, warm, helpful! Jordanian hospitality is legendary. The location is very good, walking distance to Petra, which is why I chose this hotel. The room itself was modern and attractive enough - there was only one small window opening into an alley - I would have very much preferred a view of the hills or street. But the plus side was that this made the room very quiet for sleeping. Restaurant on rooftop was quite nice. They helped connect me w a local guide / driver Ahmad, who was great! Overall a positive experience and would recommend

Clean tidy place on a walking distance to the visitor centre. Very friendly and professional staff . I highly recommend it . Only a little notice : a free WiFi in the room would have been great.

Brand new hotel 2 mins away from the entrance of Petra’s site. Super confortable and modern, ideal location

The best is the location. 4 minutes away from Petra's entrance. The staff could have been a bit nicer and communication could have been better. There's very limited dining options in the hotel so we went out every day for dinner to the Movenpick Hotel down the road.

This is a new property in Petra, very close to the entrance to the visitors center, and easy walking to a number of restaurants. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff all go out of their way to make guests feel at home. One feature I did not take advantage of, but looked very interesting, is a daily cooking class at “Petra Kitchen” in the hotel where you participate in cooking a Jordanian meal. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a most pleasant stay in Petra.
