Stayed here recently and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The only issue... The shower room lacks any hooks for towels or clothes. This means the routine is: shower, then step out naked to grab your towel from outside the shower room. It’s an unconventional design that feels awkward, particularly if you're sharing the room with older kids. Hopefully, management adds some hooks soon to solve this.

Satisfied, comfortable, clean, no noise disturbance... I will definitely come here every month when I am outstation.

It's very comfortable, the lighting is gentle, the water pressure is strong, and the air conditioning is powerful. The only drawback is that the towels could be improved; they weren't dry enough and had a slight odor.

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed with thoughtful decorations, perfect for taking photos or just relaxing. The room feels quite new and clean, and the overall atmosphere is cozy. The location is also quite convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

One of the best hotel I stayed in Alor Setar, beats any 5 star hotel. Clean, efficient staff, ample parking, nice ambiance and got some Cafes and restaurants nearby walking distance.

Loved the cleanliness and décor. The room has ample space to open luggage and perform prayers comfortably. However, I didn’t enjoy using the steaming iron. I would prefer a traditional iron (available on a different floor). Also, it would be better if the ironing area had white lighting instead of the current one.

There are hotel staff smoking in front of customers in front of the hotel lobby registration counter. there are children in the lobby. Very dissatisfied. The lobby is very hot even though it is only 11 am for checkout.
